Malley’s Chocolates in Westwood - Rocky River, OH is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to welcome customers, assist with selections, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You will greet shoppers, stock displays, learn product details and promotions, and work with the team to meet daily store goals. The role fits someone who enjoys people, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a friendly, reliable attitude.

Formación

• Previous customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required.
• Friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic about helping others.

• Support the store’s sales goals by recommending items that enhance the customer’s purchase.
• Understand how daily tasks support the store’s overall performance.
• Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and on time to help meet team objectives.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through without constant direction.
• Look for opportunities to assist teammates and customers throughout the shift.
• Keep busy during slower times by restocking, organizing, or preparing for the next customer.
• Be open to learning new procedures, product information, and store technology.
• Embrace feedback from managers and apply it to improve performance.
• Adjust quickly to changing priorities, such as shift tasks, customer flow, or new promotions.
• Maintain a respectful, cooperative attitude with coworkers and store leadership.
