Job summary

Oakley is seeking a part-time specialized advisor to support the store team with brand knowledge, customer engagement, and floor leadership. You will help motivate staff to meet sales targets and ensure an uncompromised customer experience on the floor and in the showroom.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of retail experience, strong communication skills, bilingual abilities, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and up-to-date products.
• Establishes connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Upholds and executes the company's customer service initiatives.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and inventory.
• Leads store opening/closing procedures when management is not present.
