Job summary

Oakley is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Specialized Advisor for our Walden Galleria location to support the management team on the sales floor. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining brand standards, and helping drive store performance through strong engagement and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales track record and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual; able to interact with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador with brand knowledge and lead on-floor sales.
• Build connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Uphold customer service initiatives and store standards.
• Assist with processing, restocking, and inventory monitoring.
• Support floor merchandising, display upkeep, and housekeeping of floor/warehouse.
• Organize warehouse labeling and storage.
• Lead opening/closing procedures when management absent.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
