Job summary

Oakley is seeking a part-time specialized advisor to support the management team on the sales floor, drive customer experience, and help meet sales targets. The role acts as a key holder and focuses on leading by example in delivering exceptional service and maintaining store standards.

You will assist with stock, merchandising, and floor operations while collaborating with the management team to ensure smooth daily store performance and a positive customer journey.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong sales experience and ability to achieve top results in individual sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer use and experience with cash registers.
• Ability to stand most of the time or move around on the sales floor or warehouse.
• Bilingual.
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an ambassador, demonstrating brand knowledge and product familiarity.
• Establishes strong connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Upholds and executes the company's customer service initiatives.
• Assists with processing, restocking merchandise, and monitoring in-store inventory.
• Assists with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Organizes the warehouse ensuring labeling, placement, and cleanliness.
• Leads store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
• Performs other tasks assigned by management.
