Responsibilities

Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operation.
Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to achieve targets.
Open and close the store on a rota basis and reconcile start/end of day cash.
Provide outstanding customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
