The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities include start and end of day cash reconciliation, opening/closing the store on a rota, and exceptional retail performance. This role offers growth opportunities within a leader in prestige beauty.

Competenze

• Retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties is desirable.
• Supervisory/coaching experience to meet sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Must work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
