Job summary

Oswegoland Park District seeks a site supervisor for District 308 elementary schools to oversee a multi-recreational before/after-school program. The role reports to the Coordinator of Kid's Connection and requires planning, organizing, and supervising according to the program's goals.

Responsibilities include leading a team of leaders, coordinating with schools and families, and ensuring safety and program quality. The position is part-time with early morning hours.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; must be at least 21 years old.
• Decision-making, conflict resolution, negotiation, delegation and organizational skills are required.
• Experience in administrative work, program planning, public relations, and personnel management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise and evaluate a multi-recreational before/after-school program for K-5.
• Prioritize job assignments for program leaders.
• Coordinate with participants, parents, school staff, and park district personnel.
• Assist with supplies and equipment management.
