Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a School-Age Childcare Site Director for Park Elementary School's before and after school program for the 2026–2027 year. The role leads program activities, ensures safety, maintains records, and coordinates with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field plus 1 year of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 30 ECE credits plus 2 years of experience.
• Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field plus 3 years of experience.
• Associate's Degree with 30 ECE credits plus 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging activities (STEAM, fitness, academics, arts, homework support).
• Actively supervise children and staff, including playground oversight.
• Maintain safe staff-to-child ratios and strong behavior management.
• Oversee daily attendance, registration, and scheduling.
• Serve as liaison between families, school administration, and the Healthy Kids main office.
