Rite of Passage is hiring a part-time Juvenile Supervision Officer at Texas Monarch Academy for Girls (TMAG) in Denison, Texas. The role provides around-the-clock supervision and supports residents with safety, health needs, and activities within a secure residential facility.

Starting pay is $18/hour with a $1,000 bonus after completing essential skills training within 90 days. Schedule caps at 29 hours per week, with details discussed during interview.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Pass a physical and TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Mansioni

• Provide safety and around-the-clock in-person supervision of youth at a secure residential facility.
• Address physical, personal, and health needs of each youth through counseling and skill development.
• Monitor and document behaviors; participate in educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with staff to meet goals of each youth's treatment plan.
