Job summary

Texas Monarch Academy for Girls (TMAG) in Denison, Texas, is hiring an Overnight Youth Care Worker to provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for young women (ages 10-17) in a trauma-informed setting. This role includes addressing physical, personal and health needs and guiding youth through counseling and skill-building activities.

You will work night shifts (4 on/3 off) with shifts 9pm–7am and be eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match after 1 year, PTO, and a

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and 24/7 in-person supervision at a secure residential facility.
• Meet the physical, personal and health needs of each youth through counseling and skill development.
• Monitor and document behaviors and activities and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with other staff to meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.
