Qualifications

• Accounts payable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable disbursement, voucher recording, and vendor inquiries.
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries; prepare payment reports.
• Assist Senior Accountants and Controller with assigned tasks.
• Sign, verify, and distribute AP checks; sign AR checks weekly.
• Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and benefit allocations as needed.
