• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized job coaching at employer worksites and in community settings.
• Teach workplace routines, safety procedures, and employer expectations.
• Help participants with resumes, applications, and interview preparation.
• Coordinate employer outreach and job development; monitor progress and adjust strategies.
