Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support or equivalent training.
• CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support certification preferred.
• Associate degree or relevant certifications in technology field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, self-assign, prioritize, resolve, and document Freshservice Tier 1 incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, peripherals, Windows 10/11, VPN, software installations, MS 365, and access issues.
