ReaderLink is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain documentation. The role involves in-person and remote assistance in a fast-paced Oak Brook, IL office.

You will install, configure and support computer systems and Office applications, and support ongoing IT operations in a part-time capacity. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of technical support experience preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare documents such as instructions and manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
