Qualifications

• Drive for excellent customer service support (internal & external).
• Ability to work cross‑functionally across all departments.
• Knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment.
• Experience in IT Support is a big plus.
• Understanding of PC/MacOS technology.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing Microsoft 365 accounts, phone, internet system, and cell phone users.
• Troubleshooting server and WAP issues as they arise.
• Diagnosing software and applications issues.
• Managing server-based software licenses.
• Providing on-site technical support and end-user training, including onboarding and offboarding employees.

Education

B.A. degree preferred
