Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in a network administration role.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Jira, Confluence preferred.
• Hands-on experience with M365 administration.
• MCSE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure, Maintain and Monitor Application and Services Configurations.
• Automate processes.
• Continuously delivery.
• Analyzes the technology currently being used and develops plans and processes for improvement and expansion.
• Performs routine application and service maintenance to ensure the production environment runs smoothly. Develops maintenance requirements and procedures.
• Uses configuration management software to automatically deploy updates and fixes into the production environment.
