Job summary

UtiliSave LLC is seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to own day-to-day IT operations for our small technology team. You’ll be the first contact for IT support, manage Microsoft 365 accounts, coordinate vendor issues, and work directly with developers on testing and QA.

The role requires 4+ years in IT support or systems administration, experience with Jira, strong communication skills, and a willingness to grow into scripting or development tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT support or systems administration.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with JIRA or a similar ticketing tool.
• Comfortable communicating with external vendors.
• Basic testing/QA practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools preferred (Claude Code).
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with developers.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day IT support requests as first contact for the team.
• Serve as primary point of contact for IT vendor communication.
• Maintain JIRA hygiene on IT and development tickets.
• Work hands-on with developers, supporting testing and validation.
• Track and follow up on open IT tickets and requests.
• Maintain IT systems documentation and runbooks.
