Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, productivity software, and basic IT tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Optional IT certifications such as ITIL, CISA, HDI are listed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve IT help desk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and deployment of new employee workstations including computers, monitors, and peripherals.
• Install, update, and patch operating systems and software applications for performance and security.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting and support for user access to network resources.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets including hardware, software licenses, and mobile devices.
• Document technical procedures and create clear guides for employees.
• Support IT initiatives such as software rollouts, cybersecurity, and cloud projects.
• Assist with administrative tasks including presentations, spreadsheets, and IT documentation.
