Qualifications

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT inquiries.
• Resolve network and infrastructure issues.
• Experience with set up, configure, upgrade, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches and other network devices.
• Ability to provide application support for all DVS applications and standard desktop apps.
• Install and troubleshoot wireless access points and extenders.
