Aramark is hiring an IT Administrative Support Worker for the Regent Bank Amphitheater in Oklahoma. The role supports IT management with data entry, software configurations, and hardware installations, including POS terminals, PCs, and printers. The ideal candidate has experience with POS systems and relevant venues, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong problem-solving abilities. The position is hourly/seasonal/part-time.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with POS systems and related hardware/software.
• Proficiency with Skytab Venue, Tapin2, Mashgin, and Amazon JWO is preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.

Aufgaben

• Deployment and tear down of POS terminals for events.
• Provide support for POS system problems and escalation when necessary.
• Support company PCs, printers, and related equipment; assist in maintenance and upgrades.
• Identify and implement improvements within areas of responsibility.
• Conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure systems are operational before and during events.
• Replace defective hardware as needed during events and off-hours.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware issues and resolve them.
• Maintain knowledge of organization standards and practices.
