Aramark is seeking a part-time HR Staffing Admin for the Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, OK. The role supports the HR team with recruiting, onboarding, and event staffing while interacting professionally with customers, visitors, and employees.

As a seasonal/part-time position, the HR Assistant will assist with daily administrative duties, payroll coordination, and compliance tasks in a fast-paced entertainment venue environment.

Formación

• Prior administrative experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented with ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in hourly recruitment tasks: post requisitions, schedule interviews, onboarding.
• Support event staffing, on-site check-in, and reconcile day-of operations.
• Communicate event details to employees and volunteers.
• Prepare staffing schedules, payroll entries, and compliance tasks.
• Handle administrative duties: mail, supplies, phones, visitor greeting.
• Assist with clerical tasks relating to accounting, payroll, and HR filings.
• Greet customers and direct inquiries; maintain office memos.
• Operate MS Office and office equipment.
