Job summary

WIS International is seeking a Retail Supervisor – Inventory (Part-Time) to lead Inventory Associates, ensure accuracy, and drive results across retail locations. This role emphasizes training, coaching, and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence while traveling as needed.

Starting wage is $20.00-$22.00 per hour with flexible scheduling, paid training, and benefits including 401(k), health and dental coverage, plus referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with time management.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as primary contact for resolving inventory concerns and partner with District/Area Managers.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
• Lead by example and embody the company's core values.
