Job summary

WIS International is hiring a Retail Inventory Supervisor for the Tulsa, OK metro area on a part-time basis. You will coach and develop Inventory Associates, ensure accuracy, and travel between retail locations as required.

Starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour with paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for promotion. Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least two years in inventory roles, plus reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
