Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills with a solutions focus.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours for District/Area managers.
• Strong attention to detail and positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment consumer report and drug screen if required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
