Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations and lead by example with company values.
