Job summary

WIS International in Memphis, TN, is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor - Inventory. You will coach Inventory Associates, ensure accurate inventory processes, and travel to multiple store locations to drive operational excellence.

Starting wage is $18.00–$21.00 per hour with paid training. We value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to travel to retail locations and occasional overnight assignments.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Resolve inventory-related concerns with District and Area Managers driving operational excellence
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Travel to retail locations
