Job summary

Ace Retail Group in the United States is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain the store's inventory integrity and support store operations. The role requires collaborating with store teams to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time while delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include receiving POs, researching and correcting stock discrepancies, conducting cycle counts, and assisting with full store

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to research and find root cause of inventory discrepancies.
• Retail store experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive POs properly from Ace and non-Ace vendors.
• Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages.
• Coordinate with freight captain for proper receiving and replenishment.
• Research outs by scanning locations, determine cause, and correct errors.
• Utilize Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow defective merchandise procedures to ensure credits are received.
• Maintain on-hand integrity by investigating discrepancies and adjusting counts.
• Oversee price changes, location codes, inventory levels, and adjustments.
• Assist in periodic full store inventories and training others.
