Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for Store 110 in Overland Park, KS. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of store inventory and supports efficient operations.

Responsibilities include receiving POs from Ace and non-Ace vendors, recording discrepancies, coordinating with freight, and performing cycle counts using Mango Reports to maintain inventory accuracy. Retail experience preferred.

• Ability to research and determine root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure POs are properly received from Ace and non-Ace vendors.
• Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders.
• Work with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment.
• Identify outs by scanning locations with a mobile device and correct errors.
• Use Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain on-hand integrity by reviewing discrepancies and adjusting counts.
• Oversee price changes, location codes, inventory levels, and adjustments.
• Coordinate store preparation for periodic full store inventories.
• Collaborate with Store Support Center to ensure inventory controls.
