Job summary

Ace Hardware is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain store inventory integrity and follow Ace’s best practices. You will support product assortment, monitor in-stock position, and address unproductive inventory and shrinkage across the store.

Responsibilities include ensuring system data accuracy, training staff on inventory health, and collaborating with managers to identify and fix root causes. Flexible hours may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Passion for detail, inventory management and store operations.
• High School degree or GED, some college preferred.
• Broad product knowledge of consumables and willingness to learn.
• Experience with retail programs and inventory principles.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize and keep up with inventory Best Practices.
• Ensure data accuracy within the system to maintain inventory levels.
• Train store staff on best practices and inventory health.
• Collaborate to identify errors and address root causes.
• Address negatives and variances in reports and corrections as needed.
• Maintain location codes accuracy and print bin tags.
