Responsibilities

• Work individually or in small groups with students to assess current levels of academic performance.
• Provide targeted instruction in reading/ELA, mathematics, science, social studies or other identified areas based on student needs.
• Differentiate instruction and interventions to meet individual student needs.
• Develop lesson plans and analyze student performance data under supervision.
• Implement evidence-based instructional strategies and monitor student progress.
