Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to assess current levels of academic performance.
• Provide targeted instruction in reading/English language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, or other identified areas based on student needs.
• Differentiate instruction and interventions to meet individual student needs.
• Develop lesson plans and analyze student performance data under the direction of the Intervention Coordinator and/or school administration.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies based on data.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support student achievement.
