Job summary

Lebanon School District is seeking an Intervention Support Specialist to help students succeed in reading and math. You’ll collaborate with teachers, literacy coaches, and principals to plan and deliver small-group and one-on-one interventions using evidence-based strategies.

The role is temporary, part-time (4 hours/day, 164 days for the 2026-2027 year) with hourly pay of $35–$37 depending on PA teaching certificate. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• PDE certification is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with classroom management and instructional strategies.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teachers to develop and deliver literacy and math strategies.
• Work with individuals or small groups for targeted support.
• Use instructional strategies and learning technologies to boost growth.
