Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is hiring a Part-Time Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person reading and math intervention at Houston-area private schools. The role offers a school-day schedule with Wednesdays 8am-3:30pm and a pay rate of $23.50-$25/hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and active Texas teaching certification, with experience teaching reading and math to K–12 students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and active Texas teaching certification are required.
• Experience teaching reading and math to K–12 students is essential.
• Ability to manage small groups and communicate clearly with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person reading and math instruction to small groups of 9–12 students.
• Use evidence-based curriculum and lesson plans.
• Customize instruction and track student progress.
