You will manage daily bookkeeping, assist with month-end closes, and collaborate with the external CPA on financial planning and budgeting initiatives for grant programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping, check processing, and reimbursement activities.
• Track grant expenditures, gift cards, and project spending for major foundation grants.
• Support monthly close activities including bank reconciliations and restricted net asset reporting.
• Partner with external CPA on month-end and year-end closes.
• Assist with annual budgeting and financial planning initiatives.
