Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology)
• Licensed or license-eligible in Colorado preferred but not required
• Experience with behavioral health assessments preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete biopsychosocial (BPS) intake assessments.
• Conduct clinical interviews to support treatment planning.
• Facilitate new client orientation to Ava Health’s programming and expectations.
• Ensure admission documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, case managers, and residential staff to coordinate admissions.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Support clinical handoffs and initial treatment planning.
• Contribute to a welcoming, client-centered environment.
