Hybrid remote is available after in-house training; strong communication and computer skills are valued as you help protect homes, families, and businesses in our community.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Property and Casualty insurance preferred.
• Licensing assistance available.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting.
• Strong comfort with computers and navigating multiple software platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for building rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented approach to reviewing policies and documentation.
• Residency within a reasonable commuting distance of Atwater, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• For first 30 days you will be doing telemarketing.
• Engage with local families and business owners to assess their specific insurance coverage needs.
• Prepare clear, accurate quotes that provide real value to our community members.
• Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clarity during their most difficult moments.
• Review existing policies to ensure our clients have the right protection as their lives and businesses grow.
• Maintain organized records and manage daily administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly.
• Participate in local community events to represent the agency and build meaningful connections with our neighbors.
