Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a part-time Inpatient Registered Nurse. The role offers a $41.50 minimum hiring rate with higher rates for experienced candidates and up to $7 per hour in shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)

Responsibilities

• Assesses plans, organizes, performs, and evaluates nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Promotes adaptive responses of patient and family to achieve the highest level of patient care and safety.
• Coordinates patient care and collaboration with staff and physicians.
• Delivers direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics per policy.
• Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions and revises care plan based on patient response.
