Geisinger is proud to offer a part time Inpatient RN with a $41.50 minimum hiring rate and increased rates for experienced individuals. Evening, night, and weekend shifts may include up to a $7 differential. The role is based at Geisinger Marworth, with day-time shifts and 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize and evaluate nursing activities.
• Promote safety and maximize patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications and diagnostics.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making and quality/safety initiatives.
