Geisinger is seeking a part-time Inpatient RN at Geisinger Medical Center (GP2 unit) with a minimum hiring rate of $41.50 per hour. The role offers increased rates for experienced candidates and up to $7 per hour in shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and care planning.
• Strong communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize, perform and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Promote safety, patient satisfaction and compassionate care.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and ancillary staff.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments and medications per policies.
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care plans based on patient response.
• Participate in quality and safety education programs.
