Job summary

Geisinger Marworth is seeking a part-time Inpatient RN to provide compassionate, high-quality care on a 7am–3:30pm schedule, every other weekend and holiday. The position offers a minimum hiring rate of $41.50 per hour with increases for experience and up to $7 per hour in shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and coordinate nursing care to meet patient needs.
• Promote safety and maximize patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to optimize care.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments and medications.
• Engage in quality and safety education and unit-based decisions.
