Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois.
• Minimum 2 years in outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment with IV therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients across scheduling, symptoms, inquiries and care plans.
• Collaborate with referring providers for order clarification and status updates.
• Address clinical escalations per policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medications per clinical protocols and organizational policies.
