Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to support the clinical launch of our new infusion centers. This part-time role (approximately 8 hours per week or 1 day per week) is in-person in Naperville, IL, focusing on high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will hold an Illinois NP license, have 2+ years in outpatient or infusion care, and bring strong clinical judgment with IV therapy experience.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with patients across scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, and care plan communication.
• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure delivery of care and plan of care communication.
• Resolve clinical escalations in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medication per clinical protocols and guidelines.
