Local Infusion in Colorado is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to support the clinical launch of our infusion centers. This part-time in-person role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth operational setup across the new sites.

The ideal candidate has an NP license in Colorado, 2+ years in outpatient or infusion care, and strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. IV therapy experience is preferred.

Formación

• Current and unrestricted Colorado Nurse Practitioner license.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient or infusion-based care experience.
• Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with patients across scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, and information.
• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to ensure care delivery and plan communication.
• Resolve clinical escalations per policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medications in line with clinical protocols and policies.
• Onboard Medicare patients with establishment calls and documentation.
• Ensure clinical quality and regulatory compliance via supervision, chart auditing, and NMN letters.
