Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support the clinical launch of new infusion centers. This part-time, in-person role (≈8 hours/week or 1 day/week) focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have an active NP license in Utah, at least 2 years in outpatient/infusion care, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication and documentation skills to support patient safety and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Utah.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients across scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, and care needs.
• Coordinate with referring/prescribing providers to clarify orders and communicate patient status and plan of care.
• Resolve clinical escalations in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medications in line with patient needs and clinical protocols.
