Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to support the clinical launch of our infusion centers in Ogden, Utah. This part-time, in-person role (~8 hours per week) focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth launch of new centers.

The ideal candidate holds an unrestricted Utah NP license with at least 2 years in outpatient or infusion-based care, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NP license in Utah.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient or infusion care experience.
• Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients across scheduling, symptoms, inquiries, etc.
• Collaborate with referring/providers to clarify orders and plans of care communication.
• Resolve clinical escalations per policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medications per protocols and organizational policies.
