Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support the clinical launch of our infusion centers. This part-time, in-person role is approximately 8 hours per week, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the launch of our new centers.

The ideal candidate holds a Utah NP license with at least 2 years in outpatient or infusion-based care, and demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Utah.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients across all aspects of their care (scheduling, symptoms, inquiries).
• Coordinate with referring providers to ensure effective delivery of care and plan of care communication.
• Resolve clinical escalations in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medications in line with patient needs and clinical protocols.
