Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support the clinical launch of new infusion centers. This part-time role (approx 8 hours/week or 1 day/week) is in-person in Johnstown, CO, delivering high-quality patient care and supporting launch operations.

The NP will coordinate with providers, onboard Medicare patients, ensure quality and compliance, and maintain strong patient communication. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted NP license in Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient or infusion-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment; IV therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with patients and care teams across scheduling, symptoms, inquiries.
• Clarify orders and plan of care with referring providers; monitor patient status.
• Resolve clinical escalations per policies and procedures.
• Prescribe select medications per clinical protocols and organizational policies.
