Job summary

American University’s Kogod School of Business seeks a part-time Industry Engagement Programs Coordinator to manage end-to-end planning and on-site execution of the Finance/Marketing Treks, the BAE Trek, and the Career Expo. You will coordinate outreach, itineraries, logistics, and student interactions to ensure successful employer engagements.

You will support budget tracking, host confirmations, and post-event reporting while collaborating with alumni and industry partners to expand internship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Trek planning and on-site execution for Finance/Marketing Trek and BAE Trek.
• Career Expo program management, including schedule, floor plan, and staffing.
• Employer/host-site outreach, confirmations, and relationship management.
• Student recruitment, coaching, and post-trek debrief with feedback.
• Budgeting and expense tracking for treks and Career Expo.
