Job summary

The position is full-time with a hybrid work model (on-campus 2 days/week).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and Engagement: develop a strategic plan for ongoing external partner engagement and oversee execution.
• Collaboration: work with career coaches, faculty, and staff to align opportunities.
• Special Programming: design and plan career fairs, networking events, and industry workshops.
• Communication, Databases, and Reporting: maintain a database of employers, report on engagement outcomes, and use KPIs to measure impact.
• Industry Guidance: share industry trends and recruiting timelines to inform student resources.
