Job summary

Under supervision of the Applied Learning & Employer Engagement Specialist, you will manage pre-trek coaching, on-site logistics, budget tracking, and post-event reporting, focusing on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Travel is required for this position.
• Part-time, temporary role with 10–20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Plan Trek & Career Expo infrastructure, run-of-show, and logistics.
• Outreach to confirm hosts, exhibitors, and talent for treks and career expo.
• Coordinate pre-trek coaching, on-site execution, chaperoning, and post-trek debriefs.
• Manage end-to-end Career Expo program, registrations, on-site floor management, and reporting.
